The Oatmeal Challenge: Day Four {Chocolate Pudding Oatmeal}

The title says it all doesn’t it?
Need I say more?

Be forewarned! This is a rich, decadent recipe! For one of those times when you want dessert for breakfast.

Milk 1 cup
Instant oats 3 tbsp
milk chocolate 2 squares approx.
Cocoa powder 1 tbsp (you may use raw or natural cocoa powder)
Water (boiling) 1-2 tbsp

Heat the milk until boiling. Add in the oats and cook until thick. Dissolve cocoa powder in the boiling water and pour into the cooking oatmeal. Scrape off a few chocolate curls/chunks for garnish, and chop the rest. Add to the oatmeal and stir until fully melted. Remove from heat and transfer to serving dish. Top with reserved chocolate curls/chunks.
