I got inspired to make this from the Honey Nut Crunch Tart recipe, which constitutes of a puff pastry shell filled with mixed nuts and honey. Sure there’s no puff pastry in this oatmeal, but it’s even more scrumptious!
One recipe Simple Oatmeal
Chopped toasted nuts (mixed) 3 tbsp
Honey 2 tbsp
Top oatmeal with the chopped nuts (I used almonds and walnuts). Drizzle honey over the nuts. Serve warm.
