I’m not a cantaloupe fan, but I really liked it in the smoothie and how its flavor blended with the mangoes.
Mango (peeled, pitted and diced) – about 1/2 cup
Cantaloupe chunks – 1/2 cup
Dates – 1 or 2
Milk (of choice) – 1 cup
Banana – 1/2 *optional*
Flax-seeds (ground) – 1 tbsp *optional*
Ice cubes – as desired
Blend together everything until combined well. Mine was layered in the beginning because I blended in batches, the first was only fruits and the second was a little fruit combined with milk, flax-seeds and ice. I thought the layers looked very delightful.
